Early Years Support
“Because children don’t come with instruction manuals!”
Our parenting programmes are about confidence building, affirmation and encouragement to try out new skills. We work in small groups of up to 15 parents with two qualified facilitators and recognise all families are unique and we tailor our courses to meet the individual needs of each group. There will be set themes for each session which will be explored in a variety of experiential exercises with opportunities to share experiences and learn together.

Francine developed this course through her work counselling children “caught in the middle” recognising parents desire to find ways to help their children cope with separation and divorce

“Universal programme used widely to improve parents’ confidence”
The Family Link Parenting Puzzle Nurturing Programme is a 10 week course which helps improve relationships and emotional well-being within families. It is a with families of children aged 2-15. It suggests ways of maintaining effective positive discipline while gaining more understanding of your own and your child’s emotional needs.
