Families in Focus CIC was founded on the belief that any community can be strengthened when families are in harmony. Its three directors, Jane Petrie, Francine Swaby and Lesley Chance share the same passion and philosophy about parenting support.

Their complimentary backgrounds in parenting issues, counselling, health visiting and working with marginalised family groups brings together a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight. Together with a team of skilled, qualified facilitators (all with enhanced CRB clearance), this passion and drive is reflected in delivering a professional, quality service. Everyone at Families in Focus is a parent so can empathise with why connected parenting can positively transform family life.

Families in Focus has a philosophy of partnership working and has forged excellent relationships with The Creche Company and Dacorum HomeStart. We encourage good practice in every area of our work and are always open to feedback and input ensuring that we ‘Look Forward Together’.
