Families in Focus CIC provides parenting courses that support parents in their local community to bring harmony, balance and enjoyment to family life. Free courses available across Hertfordshire.

Free Parenting Courses

Support Groups for Parents caring for a child with additional needs


  • Provides regular, free networks for parent carers to share experiences, build local community support and reduce isolation.

  • Offers emotional practical support, tried and tested techniques, knowledge and learning to build parental resilience and enhance family life in focused sessions every three weeks in term time.
  • Training parents to facilitate Parent Networks from 2017 with continued support from Families in Focus CIC.
